Withdrawal of Manuscript
Authors may request the withdrawal of a submitted manuscript at any stage of the editorial or peer review process by submitting a formal written request to the editorial office, clearly stating the reasons for withdrawal. Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication, withdrawal is strongly discouraged, as the editorial and peer review processes require significant time and resources.
If an author requests withdrawal after the manuscript has been accepted, the journal reserves the right to impose administrative consequences, including restrictions on future submissions, to protect the integrity of the publication process. Manuscripts that have already been published cannot be withdrawn; in such cases, any necessary corrections or ethical concerns will be addressed through a formal retraction or correction notice in accordance with established publication ethics. All withdrawal requests are subject to editorial approval, and the final decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief.
