Tinombala: Journal of Social Sciences and Arts Education is committed to the wide dissemination of research. As a gold open-access journal, we believe that financial barriers should not prevent the publication of high-quality academic work.

1. Current Fee Structure

• Article Submission Fee: 0.00 (USD/IDR) - There is no fee for submitting a manuscript to this journal.
• Article Processing Charge (APC): 0.00 (USD/IDR) - Currently, all accepted articles are published Free of Charge.

This policy applies to all stages of the process, including peer review, copyediting, layout, and online hosting. The costs of publication are currently subsidized by [Name of your Institution/Publisher].

2. Why We Offer Free Publication

As a newly established journal, our primary goal is to foster a vibrant community of scholars in the social sciences, arts, and education. We aim to support researchers—especially those from emerging institutions or those conducting innovative "action research" in classrooms—by removing financial constraints.

3. Optional Services (If Applicable)

While the standard publication is free, the journal may offer optional services at the author's request:

• Printed Edition: Authors who require a hard copy of the journal issue may be charged a fee for printing and shipping.
• Fast-Track Review: (Optional—only include if you have the staff) A premium service for authors who require an expedited review process (usually 2–3 weeks). Note: Fast-track fees do not guarantee acceptance; all articles must still pass the peer-review standards.

4. Future Adjustments

Any changes to the APC policy will be announced at least six months in advance on the journal's website. Articles submitted before any fee changes will be processed under the policy that was active at the time of submission.
